By purchasing any PPE-Mart products, you are confirming that you have reviewed and understand the specifications and intended use of each products via our product specification sheets and/or website. Our disposable Face Shields are meant to protect against droplets and pathogens carried in direct liquid splashes and is intended for single use only. Please note that all quoted shipping times are approximates and PPE-Mart but cannot be held responsible for delays due to current disruptions in the global supply chain due to COVID-19.
By purchasing any product through our website, you are also explicitly waiving any rights to cancel, exchange or return any of our products for any reason. Due to the “personal” nature of Personal Protective Equipment, returns and or refunds are not permitted under any circumstance. If the product arrives damaged to your location, we will take necessary steps to remedy the situation.
Terms of Service:
By clicking purchase, the Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold PPE-Mart, its parent company Dotzoo com Inc, and its affiliates harmless from any loss or damage arising from use of our products, including but not limited to: the negligent acts or omissions of any party. Buyer agrees that the products provided to them by PPE-Mart and its affiliates are non-refundable and are to be used at the discretion of the buyer.
Furthermore, buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold PPE-Mart and its parent company – Dotzoo com Inc, and its respective directors, officers, stockholders, partners, members, employees, contractors, agents, and assigns harmless from and against any and all losses, liabilities, obligations, damages, deficiencies, taxes, penalties, actions, suits, proceedings, demands, assessments, orders, judgments, costs and expenses (including the reasonable fees, disbursements and expenses of attorneys, experts, and consultants) of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of or relating to the buyers acts or omissions, negligence, willful misconduct, failure to comply with any law or regulation or breach of the terms of services Agreement.
